Shipping Information*

She Worx Supply Shipping Policy

*Free shipping applies to most products. (order must ship complete - if customer requests package to ship in multiple shipments, freight will be charged.)

Some items may require additional shipping or sur-charges due to special delivery needs resulting from factors such as product weight and size, or hazardous materials, or other shipping restrictions from our suppliers.

Most orders placed Monday through Friday before 3PM CST will ship within 48 hours of payment, excluding carrier shipper holidays. There are special circumstances – such as us having to order in an item, transferring an item from one of our other locations or shipping an item from a vendor's facility – that can delay your order. Any backorders will be noted in your shopping cart and by email after your order is placed.

Normal Shipping Fee Breakdown

Orders will be subject to flat shipping charge with the following brackets: $0-$74 Shipping Charge of $15; $75-$149 Shipping Charge of $25; $150+ FREE SHIPPING. *see above for exceptions

Free shipping applies ONLY if signed in when placing your order. If you are signed in as a guest – free shipping on $150 orders does not apply.

Carriers

We use a variety of carriers for shipments. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier. For large orders that ship common carrier – freight charges will apply.

Shipping Policy Exceptions

Not all products qualify for the above Shipping Policy. Additionally, standard shipping rates apply for all orders delivered to Alaska and Hawaii. Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer. Fuel surcharges may also be applied.

International and P.O. Box Orders

She Worx only accepts orders for shipments within the continental U.S. Alaska, and Hawaii customers will incur shipping costs. Orders to international destinations will not be processed (see “International Shipping” section). She Worxs does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Third-Party and Manufacturer Shipped Products

Items shipping from the manufacturer: Please refer to the item page on SheWorxSupply.com for shipping lead times as they vary. Expedited shipping is NOT available for third-party items.

When your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number that links to the carrier's website.

Expedited Shipping Rules

To qualify for expedited shipping, She Worx must receive your order on Monday–Friday before 3pm (CT). She Worx does not offer Saturday delivery. All expedited orders must weigh less than 150 lbs., and not contain any hazardous materials.
