Return Policy - effective immediately
Please reach out to us immediately if you have an issue with your product.
If you are not completely satisfied with the items on your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of order. Returns must be in new, unused, unwashed (for clothing items) , and resalable condition, in original packaging with all original manufacturers tags still attached to receive a refund. 50% restocking charge will apply to all non-clothing item. Freight is to be paid by customer requesting return. Clothing items will have a 50% restocking charge. SheWorxSupply will inspect all returned items within 3 business days of item being received back at our facility. Items returned to SheWorxSupply.com that do not meet the above requirements will not be credited for return of funds. Non credited items can be returned to customers at their expense. The return of defective, mislabeled, or incorrect items must be authorized by a SheWorxSupply.com customer service representative, and be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Defective returned items will no be assessed a restocking charge. Instructions, shipping labels and replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure quality service and satisfaction. In the case of damage in shipment – customer must advise SheWorxSupply within 24 hours of receipt of damaged shipment. Pictures and full description of damage must be provided to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org even for concealed damage. We will assist the customer with a claim, however all items are shipped as FOB, the customer is responsible for filing the claim on the shipper.
RETURNING FOR A REFUND
All items that are returned for a refund will have the credit applied to the original form of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) unless requested otherwise. Once your return shipment is received at our warehouse, it is processed within 5 – 7 business days and you will receive an automated email. Please allow another 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement or be applied to your PayPal balance (depending on your banking institution) . If you chose to receive your refund in the form of a SheWorxSupply.com e-gift card, your e-gift card will be emailed within 24 hours of processing your return. Selecting a SheWorxSupply.com e-gift card will also provide the customer with an additional 10% off their next order. Shipping charges or other non-product related charges will not be credited at time of return. Credits and refunds for returns apply ONLY to product. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges for any product returned with the exception of defective products. SheWorxSupply does not imply any warranty on products. Manufacturer’s warranty applies.
Orders received and processed cannot be cancelled without contacting us first - there is a 50% order cancelation charge if the order has already been processed and the order has been confirmed.
If a product is out of stock and not available on a timely basis- we will offer a full refund with no cancellation charge.
